I Am Love

Do not beat up self for any reason. Do not need anyone else's approval. All the love in the universe is inside of me. Love with no expectation of anything in return. Watch for old automatic negative reactions to what is happening. Negative reactions take away love and drain energy.

• Does this make me more loving?
• Does this make me more positive?
• Does this make me feel more powerful ?
• Does this make me more energized?

Sailing Away

"Sailing away" is active and effortless at the same time. Movement by a force that exists in nature. Is it being in the right spot at the right time or is patience the key? Awareness of how the energies interact, what drives them and where they are likely to manifest seems critical to using them for power beneath an adventure.
