The Amazing Power Of Teams

Working with others is a very expanding endeavor. The group has come together for a common purpose, creating a unity of focus. Each team member is unique and brings special talents and special needs to the table. Assessing these strengths and needs allows the team to function smoothly by using available assets and delivering desired values to both the project and the member.

A key element of any team is commitment. The magnifying effect of knowing the team is together and moving with a single intent is huge. When I drop the ball, my teammates, who surround me, can recover and continue the play. We apply the envisioned strategy to move us toward our goals. Comfort and confidence spring up because the group is there to support and defend its members.

The simple idea of "all for one and one for all" demonstrates impressive returns. This strategy made the three musketeers an indomitable force. Belonging to a group that is unified and determined is empowering. In addition, when I give my best to my group, I grow into the person I want to be. These characteristics set a standard that has a positive influence for both the project and each individual member.

Sailing Away

"Sailing away" is active and effortless at the same time. Movement by a force that exists in nature. Is it being in the right spot at the right time or is patience the key? Awareness of how the energies interact, what drives them and where they are likely to manifest seems critical to using them for power beneath an adventure.

Learning how my life energies interact. What motivates me, what manifests tells me where and what my focus is. Words or images are only a part. The feelings aligned with the thoughts are the power beneath my adventure.

I Focus To See What I Want

I love, am loved, learn and interact with others. There are many loving and positive friendships to enjoy and appreciate. Learning through technology expands creativity. Sharing communication and organization with others enhances us all. Abundance comes from knowledge and skill. Groups, specialists, discussions continually develop skills and reveal new viewpoints. New interesting opportunities to engage are prosperous. More and more aligned beings resonating with common interests come into focus. I do what I love and create prosperity with exciting inspiring companions. All is indubitably well.

Balancing Myself and the World Around Me

My work is to keep myself in balance. If I allow anything outside to dictate how I feel, what I want or how I will behave, I loose my balance. My personal freedom is the very heart of my being and I know what I need. I pay attention to how I feel and practice self-empowering thoughts that align with who I really am. Only from a position of strength, clarity and alignment can I offer an example of thriving to those who are around and observing me.

How Do I Feel And What Do I Want?

The way I feel is my true indicator of the creative direction of my thought vibration. Law of attraction does not respond to my words, but to the vibration I emanate. I cannot focus on what I do want and what I do not want at the same time. The more I tune-in to what I do want the less I focus on what I don't want.

As I tell my story the way I want it to be, I change my vibrational balance. As I tell it more and more, I feel it more. When life shows me I am looking at the lack of what I want, I recognize "I know what I don't want, what is it I do want?" My answer comes from within me and in that instant my vibrations begin to shift. This powerful thought behavior instantly improves my life.

What do I want? I want a fascinating project that produces abundant ongoing financial return. I want an intelligent, attractive, vital friend and lover that appreciates life and adores our adventures together. I want inspired creativity, new exposures, wonder and joy. As I shift my vibration, my point of attraction shifts, my experience shifts, indicating my new orientation. The more I talk and think of the things I want to experience in life the more the universe brings that vibration to me.

As I consciously realize every subject is two subjects, the opposites. I choose to deliberately think and speak about the desired qualities of any subject. I activate vibrations of the aspects I desire. The essence of what I desire must come into my experience. I consciously align with my desires.

Feeling Good Energy

I am the creator of my own experience. I control my experience. Nothing is happening to me, I am attracting everything I experience. I am not living my life to please others. I can not, do not, and do not want to control others. I can control my attention. My thought and experience are related. I am more than my work, my body, my senses, my thoughts, my feelings. I am eternal and universal. I can align with my larger self and my life flows. Release feels great, its fun and enjoyable. Connected with all that I really am I am powerful. I move in a powerful current flowing toward everything I desire.

I witness details of contrasting experiences and generate energy as desire. My personal preferences evolve. My work is to come into alignment with my desires. I notice contrast, discord, anything that does not match my ideal (created by all previous contrast) and can follow my desires into my personal vibrational escrow.

My view of something causing me to flow in opposition to my evolving creation of any subject is my feeling of discord. Discomfort is simply about my vibrational differences (what I am seeing verses what is in my vibrational escrow) and not really about what I am experiencing. I can choose thoughts that allow me to feel good. When I feel good I am attracting aligned energy. I generate tremendous positive influence.

What Is In A Name?

Everything! Our name reflects our image, our brand and our place in the market. It isn't something that changes.

A good name is specific. It is unique. It is short. It is creative. It is easy to remember, to spell, to say. Our name gives the reason to hire us. Our name is distinctive. It reflects our identify.

Seeing With My Mind's Eye

The future can easily be envisioned. See the end that the effort will manifest. The expanded idea with the maximum bells and whistles. The beauty, wonder and amazing magical reality that grows from the exciting and enthralling dream. This is the vision statement.

Begining At The Begining

A mission statement tells why an entity or effort exists. It has three parts, purpose, program and principle. One, the purpose to accomplish and/or the need, problem, condition it addresses. Two, the program and/or activities employed to achieve the end. Finally, part three, the principles and values that guide the decisions. Define the three points of the statement in a present focus.

The 'Why' is the purpose statement. “The mission is to enhance communication within an organization and generate a cohesive wholeness.”
The 'What' is the activity / business statement. “We increase communication and understanding by providing accessible streams of critical information to those who require it.”
The 'How' is the value statement. “We commit to a positive system fostering, individual growth, mutual development, openness, integrity, creativity, cooperation and respect for infinite possibilities.”
