What kind of increased complex connections am I or am I not making in my life?
And, what is the meaning to me? How does it speak to me?
It is apparent in my groups that the connections are much more complex. A few years ago I made sure that I was on the same plane with one, maybe two other members of the group. That worked because we would support each other. Now it is more viable to be connected with as many people in the group as I can, to talk with people beyond the meetings. It makes the team more diversified and increases the options.
The meaning is feeling I am being a better team player, sharing and flowing information for everyone rather than being focused on my personal goals.
