How much pressure do I put on myself to be "perfect"?
If I could change my mind-set to the rational belief that humans make mistakes as a method of learning and growing. Would that relieve the stress and pressure created by the "need to be perfect" idea?
Yes. I have found that most mistakes are not fatal. Assess, adjust, continue is a workable and comfortable plan. If I need to apologize, I'm okay with that, I want responsibility for my actions. It is about owning my life and taking it where I want to go.
